Etiquette has always had a door problem.

Not a knowledge problem — the knowledge isn’t secret. You can buy the books. You can watch the videos. What you can’t buy, at least not easily, is the room: the finishing school, the family that already knew, the mentor who quietly tells you which fork, which greeting, which silence. That room has a door, and for most people the door is closed.

I built Socialite University to bridge the gap between access and affluence. And a few weeks ago, I stopped writing about that gap and built something you can actually walk into.

I’d like to show you around. And then I’d like to ask you for something.

What’s Actually There

It’s a real campus, rendered in 3D, and you explore it on foot.

You arrive at the Grand Gates beneath a rainbow, with the founder’s crest on the arch and a fountain at the end of a long pink promenade. Winston, the concierge, is waiting there in navy. He’ll offer you a Grand Tour if you’d like one, and a golden beacon will light the way from district to district.

From there, it’s yours to wander. Seventeen districts, and you can go inside them:

The Grand Hall — checkered marble, a grand staircase, the portrait gallery, and a guest book to sign.

The Library of Refinement — two stories of shelves, lamplit reading tables, and Miss Penrose, who will hand you real course documents to read.

The Parlour — a members’ lounge with a fire actually crackling in the grate.

The Ballet Studio — a mirrored wall, a double gold barre, and Madame Élise, who will take you through first position. Take the stairs and you’ll find a rooftop juice bar, loungers in the sun, and DJ Coco on the decks.

The Socialite Cinema — velvet seats, a popcorn cart, and a charm-school classic screening tonight.

The Global Culture Center — where Professor Okafor will test you on the greetings of the world and stamp your passport.

The Racquet Club, the Boutique Hotel, the Wellness Spa, the Innovation Lab, the children’s Prep Academy — where Lily the poodle teaches manners alongside me.

There’s also a dream pool with a spiral waterslide you can genuinely ride, and a beach cove on the far shore, because a campus that never lets you play isn’t a place anyone wants to stay.

The Classes Are Real

This is the part I care about most.

Your progress saves to the campus itself — set a name and a passcode and your rank, badges, and streak follow you to any device. You climb from Guest to Applicant to Accepted Student, through Grade I, II and III, to Graduate, Alumni, Mentor, and finally Ambassador.

It’s growing — and I’d like you to test it

Here’s the honest part.

This campus is not finished, and it isn’t meant to be. It’s the opening of something, not the end of it. In the last few weeks alone it gained a ballet studio, a rooftop bar, a cinema, a waterslide, and a game that stamps your passport.
